Job Description :

Provide direction and guidance in the assigned area of responsibility of billing, delivery & installation, incentive documentation and sales promoter management. Monitor the status of product delivery, replacement and repair complaints, open stock items and other items under repair. Handle queries and objections from sales promoters and internal departments. Ensures accurate and on-time documentation of claims-related data for item replacements. Oversees the accurate and on-time preparation of reports like MIS, incentive data, stock status, etc. Develop and document related processes in line with ISO requirement and ensure zero non compliance to defined processes. Manages team performance.

Skills :

Ability to manage team. Excellent written, verbal, communications skills. Interpersonal skills. Provide excellent follow-up for manager and customers/partners on key activities and elevates/obtains direction as necessary.
