A vision and mission statement is very important for an organization. It sets the goalposts for the organization and unites and motivates all members of the organization to achieve it. Sometimes in the quest to achieve the mission organizations lose sight of the vision. And nothing is more important that an organization’s vision.
At Eros Group we go with a 20-20 vision in all that we do. Our vision is well aligned with our mission and with a senior management that brings in wide experience within and outside the organization we are set to draw a very promising picture for our VISION 2020.
Our Vision 2020 will be aligned not only with our mission but also with that of the world event happening then – EXPO 2020. We will connect minds and create the future. This theme fits into our slogan of follow the future. We are very optimistic of the future and excited about this very moment in time.
