Breakfast with CEO & Deputy CEO

Eros Group’s HR department launched its first session of the Breakfast with CEO & Deputy CEO for 2013. Breakfast with CEO & Deputy CEO is a gathering where in every month 15 staff members from the organization are selected to have breakfast with the top management. During the breakfast, the staff gets to interact with the CEO & Deputy CEO and raise their concerns, expectations, satisfactions etc. In addition to this, the staff gets to learn how the CEO manages his daily operations, tackles situations effectively and leads the entire team of 1600 employees every day. HR launched this initiative to bring all employees closer to the management so that all the concerns and issues are raised, addressed and resolved.
