The program showcased the talented personalities of Eros group via dancing and singing. Spectacular performance of participants kept the crowd energetic till the end. | E-Live organized yet another initiative for employees staying in our Al Quoz Accommodation. “Together for Good Health” , a health talk on Lifestyle Disorders was done by Dr. Manodip Acharya of Aster Medical Centre last Friday in Eros Group Al Quoz Accommodation. The health talk which centered on the pitfalls of alcohol & smoking was an eye opener for some employees who are currently into this kind of lifestyle. Dr. Acharya also spoke about various techniques one may use to give up such lifestyle and start on a healthy one. |

| e-live, the Eros Group Wellness Programme in association with National Trading and Pharmaceutical Est.(NTPE) offered a Heat Stress Awareness seminar for the employees who spend most of their time on field (like drivers, helpers, technicians). The said seminar which was facilitated by Mr. Feroz Babu of NTPE educated our employees on heat stress symptoms and its precautions. The aim of the seminar is to educate everyone about the possible effect of heat to one’s health. As summer is approaching, the said seminar is in the right timing.
Educational Posters on Heat Hazards and Prevention are now displayed across Eros offices, warehouses, and accommodations to ensure everyone is aware of it. As they say Prevention is Better than Cure!

Breakfast with CEO & Deputy CEO is a gathering where in every month 15 staff members from the organization are selected to have breakfast with the top management. During the breakfast, the staff gets to interact with the CEO & Deputy CEO and raise their concerns, expectations, satisfactions etc. In addition to this, the staff gets to learn how the CEO manages his daily operations, tackles situations effectively and leads the entire team of 1600 employees every day. HR launched this initiative to bring all employees closer to the management so that all the concerns and issues are raised, addressed and resolved. |

The event took place on 30th December, simultaneously at all 15 locations and covered over 700 team members staying in the company accommodation. The event included New Years Greetings from the CEO, Deputy CEO and top management, contests and awards, followed by a cake cutting ceremony to mark the start of a new year filled with happiness and prosperity. Erosians follow the future and welcome 2013 with sheer excitement.
